At B Fit Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

You have 20 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us at basicswagshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item.

  3. Ship your return to:

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
  • Sale items & gift cards (all sales final)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at basicswagshop@gmail.com.
